TATA Housing sells all 150 luxury homes in Gurgaon project in two days

 

New Delhi: Following Godrej Properties claim that it had sold the entire project in Gurgaon in two days,  Tata Housing Development Co. Ltd., India's leading real estate development company, said that it has sold all the 150 luxury homes in its newly launched project ‘Primanti’ in Gurgaon for Rs 350 crore within just two days of launch.

The group has launched their residential project in Gurgaon - Primanti, a premium luxury housing complex, on December 2 thus further expanding their presence in Delhi NCR region.

In a statement, the company said it has sold the entire second phase of its premium luxury housing project within two days of the launch. “The phase II of the project comprised of 150 units spread across 4,50,000 sq ft and valued at Rs 350 crore,” it added.

Spread majestically over 36 acres of sprawling area, Primanti is no ordinary address, it is envisioned in a way where nature's boundless beauty meets every luxury one can imagine.
