Hyderabad Property Show 2014 from Feb 28

Hyderabad: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI), Hyderabad, the apex body for private real estate developers in the city, is organising a three-day ‘Hyderabad Property Show 2014’ at Jalavihar, Necklace Road from February 28
 
The property show will bring together realtors, building material manufacturers, consultants and financial institutions from across the city to exhibit advances in the real estate sector under a single umbrella, according to sources in CREDAI Hyderabad.
 
The event will offer integrated townships, apartment complexes, gated communities of apartments and villas. The show will also see participation from over 100 developers and other stakeholders.
 
The Property Show will showcase diverse properties suiting every requirement and budget by the developers providing consumers a chance to get the best options for home solutions in the twin cities. Information on housing loan options and how to avail the same will also be available at the exhibition. The property show, which is expected to have a footfall of 50, 000 this year, will also introduce offers from developers.
 
Speaking on the occasion N Jaiveer Reddy, President, CREDAI Hyderabad, said, "Hyderabad has witnessed rapid urbanisation with over eight million people inhibiting the city and is on the threshold of an exciting phase of development and will witness tremendous growth in the next few years. The CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show 2014 will showcase the best properties from the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad.
 
The show will provide a platform to consultants, vendors and many other players with a unique and potential avenue for tremendous business opportunities.
 
“We are confident that the show will uplift the sentiment and fuel the demand of the real estate sector in Hyderabad," said S. Ram Reddy - General Secretary, CREDAI Hyderabad. He also added that, "Hyderabad has seen a gradual and certain increase in residential demand and absorption over the past few years. Considering the current demand and supply situation in the realty sphere, CREDAI Hyderabad is conducting its Property Show. The show will provide an excellent opportunity to the real estate sector players to exhibit their projects & create higher visibility in the eyes of the general public."
 
Expressing his view, C Shekar Reddy, President CREDAI National, said, "The developers in Hyderabad have pioneered several initiatives to set benchmarks nationally in optimizing costs and delivering the latest and best quality products to customers at an affordable price. CREDAI Hyderabad has been at the forefront in working closely with the Government to introduce progressive reforms like G.O. 86 and Green Channel for approvals in the city to reduce cost and benefit the end users.
