Chintels India, a real
estate development company, with an extensive presence in Delhi and NCR, has announced the launch of over five million
square feet of residential and commercial development projects valued at around
Rs 3500 crore in current market rates.
The projects spread across Sectors
106, 108 and 109 of New Gurgaon will be a part of Chintels Metropolis, a
400-acre plus development spread across several sectors of Gurgaon. The
development is only a kilometer away from the new Northern Peripheral Road that
is coming up there and is soon to become the primary link between
Jaipur/Gurgaon and Delhi.
These projects come close on the heels of the successful launch of its group housing project Chintels Paradiso – which is the first phase of Chintels Metropolis consisting of more than 500 apartments with state-of-the-art infrastructure & amenities complimenting it. Construction of Paradiso is well on schedule with Chintels aiming to stick to its commitment of delivering quality housing well in time to customers. Chintels which has been actively involved in imparting education to the underprivileged through its Nora Solomon Foundation is also developing an educational institution to provide world class schooling in Chintels Metropolis.
