The Oberoi becomes ‘World's Leading Luxury Hotel’

NEW DELHI: The Oberoi in Gurgaon has been voted World's Leading Luxury Hotel, 2013 for the third consecutive year by the World Travel Awards.

This was announced at the Grand Final Gala Ceremony held in Doha, Qatar recently.

In the same awards, The Oberoi, New Delhi has been voted as the 'India's Leading Business Hotel'; The Oberoi Amarvilas, Agra as 'India's Leading Resort' and The Oberoi, Mauritius has been voted as 'Mauritius' Leading Hotel', a press release said.

Described as the ‘Oscars’ of the travel and tourism industry by The Wall Street Journal, World Travel Awards are recognised globally by the travel, tourism and hospitality industry as the foremost acknowledgement of excellence in product and service.
