India Property Expo 2012 in Dubai from May 22

Dubai, May 19: ICICI Bank, India's  largest private sector bank sponsored “India Property Expo 2012” is underway in Dubai. The Abu Dhabi show will be held from  May 22-23, 2012.

These exhibitions will showcase properties from all top cities of India and will provide Non Resident Indians (NRIs) with a wide range of options to interact and invest in these properties.

This 3 day exhibition will offer a snapshot of Indian property market as a whole. With  more than 300 projects exhibited by over 70 developers visitors will be able to look at a spectrum of properties available, different investment options, financing sources, Vaastu consultations and sorting out legal queries, all under one roof. The property developers who will be participating include best of the Indian real estate and construction companies in India.
The exhibition also features not-to-be missed property and investment seminars by some of the most influential property industry gurus, international fund managers, and legal advisers.

Pankaj Ganjoo, Regional Head for Middle East and Africa, ICICI Bank, said, “Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) in the Middle East have always looked at the Indian Real Estate Market as an attractive investment avenue. The Home Utsav will serve as a good platform for the NRIs in the UAE to explore options in their home country”.

At the India Property Expo, the NRI buyers will have an opportunity to participate and interact with the real estate developers, contractors and real estate agents about residential projects, apartments, service apartments, offices, commercial properties and plots. The ICICI Bank team will also be available at the venue to address all queries regarding home loans, which can be obtained, if desired, from ICICI Bank Ltd. India, in Indian Rupees for residential properties in India.

  1. Good knowledge to read your post India Property Expo 2012! Building developers in India are doing extraordinary work to change the face of old India. Everything is changing rapidly, so preferences of people are also changing from traditional ‘Griha’ to skyscraper buildings. Thanks to the architects for developing such strong buildups.
