Property Festival 2012 in Chennai from May 25

More than 90 promoters will be showcasing their projects -- from Old Mahabalipuram Road, ECR up to Marakkkanam, GST Road, Porur, Kundrathur, Chennai bye pass Road,  Tambaram to Redhills, Maduravoyal, Mugappair West, Shriperumbudur, Kelambakkam to Vandalur Road, Maraimalai Nagar, Chengalpet and Poonamalli. 

 A three-day ‘Property Festival 2012’ will be held from May 25 at Chennai Trade Centre. Organised by Prompt Trade fairs, the exhibition will offer plots, flats, villas and independent houses with price ranging from Rs 1 lakh to 3 crores. 

Information such as floor to ceiling, interior works, common areas like swimming pool and clubhouse, sports amenities and landscaping will be available along with the project details to the visitors. 

Apart from developers and developers, layout promoters, the event will also witness the participation of infrastructure companies and financial institutions.

The exhibition will also have legal cell to help visitors to get instant legal information on approvals such as DTCP or CMDA, patta, chitta etc. 

This event will be opened to all the three days from 10 am to 8 pm.  More than 15,000 visitors are expected to visit the event, according to Prompt Trade Fairs release.
