CNBC Awaaz Real Estate Awards 2012 calls for entries

CNBC AWAAZ returns with the ‘Real Estate Awards 2012’ to recognise the true worth of visionaries and professionals from the industry. Slated to take place in November in Mumbai, the theme this year is Modern Marvel and will see confluence of most respected names from India’s real estate industry on a common platform. The awards will be presented by R.R. Kabel, a USD 400 million conglomerate rapidly spreading its wings into the domestic and international market.

In a fresh new avatar, this year CNBC AWAAZ Real Estate Awards will evaluate projects based on distinct parameters like standards of quality, customer satisfaction and efficiency thereby enabling even small builders to send in their entries. Another new element is the entire team of a winning project being recognized for the exceptional effort that went into the creation of the project viz. the builder, the contractor, the architect and designer.

Announcing the award, Sanjay Pugalia, Editor-in-chief, CNBC AWAAZ said, “Over the years we have earned the repute of being one of the most transparent awards in the real estate domain. We have realised that we can increase our purview, as a lot of development is taking place in Tier II & Tier III cities and therefore will not limit ourselves to only the urban pockets. This time we have gone beyond financial criteria and will emphasise strongly “on ground performance” of real estate projects. We are hopeful that this will definitely encourage more participants from various corners of India. It is our privilege that the fraternity holds us in high regard and has been consistently supportive in developing REA as an ultimate acknowledgment to the excellence in the sector.”

All entries will be diligently scrutinized thereby making it  the most admired and credible award for the Real Estate sector.  Several crucial factors would be evaluated to arrive at the “on ground performance” of real estate projects. Scientifically graded features and amenities offered in a project would be another important aspect, while construction progress, timely delivery, inhabitability and customers’ satisfaction would be paramount for being adjudged as “Best Project”. Projects across India would be invited and evaluated by Liases Foras with the help of its exhaustive database.
