KUALA LUMPUR: A leading media house in India is organising the first India Property Expo 2012 at the ParkRoyal
Hotel.
Over 25 top builders from India are displaying real estate investment
options in such Indian cities as Chennai, Cochin, New Delhi, Bombay,
Goa, Pune and Bangalore.
Madhu Sudan Nair, President of the Kuala Lumpur and Selangor Indian
Chamber of Commerce and Industry, said the expo is a unique opportunity
for Malaysian Indians, who tend to be unattracted to overseas
properties, to buy flats, land, villas and other properties in India
direct from the owners.
“So, an expo like this can encourage and educate Malaysian Indians to invest in properties in India.
“We want to see further collaboration between Indians from India and
Indians from Malaysia,” he added at the launch of the expo, which
features reputable developers like House of Hiranandani, Arun Excello,
Green Homes, Mcdonald Sarin, Heritage Homes, Golden Homes and Kataria
Buildteck.
The event provides an ideal opportunity to tap the investment needs of the strong Indian Diaspora.
