Chennai: Synergy Property Development Services, the
Global Project Management Consulting & Turnkey Solution Company, has bagged
Design and Project Management contract from Dubai-based Signature Group to
manage a prestigious mixed-use development project worth US $35 million in
Maputo, the capital and largest city of Mozambique in Southeast Africa.
The 24-month contract comprises a mixed-use development of a
retail mall, office spaces and residential towers along with other associated
amenities with a total built-up area of 400,000 sq ft.
Under the contract, Synergy will develop strategies and
manage the entire design and development of the project including architectural
design, MEP services, structural design services, assisting with the
qualification of contractors, engineering, procurement management, construction
management and will be responsible for time, cost, quality and environmental
health and safety standards.
