A three-day Indian Property Show will
be held from December 11 at Dubai’s World Trade Centre. To be inaugurated by
Bollywood actor and producer Arbaaz Khan, the property show will be attended by
over 100 developers who will showcase more than 400 projects worth Dh15
billion spread across various Indian cities.
Investors
will have different investment options aided by vastu consultants, financial
analysts, legal helps etc, all in one roof.
The
exhibition also features property and investment seminars by leading property
industry gurus, legal advisers and international fund managers.
The seminars
will also include talks about future projects and infrastructural development in prominent cities like Mumbai, Pune, Jaipur, Bengaluru, Chennai, Goa, Gurgaon, Noida etc.
NRIs can get
properties as low as Rs 1.5 million to high-end luxury properties running into
multiple millions. Properties from Tier 1, Tier
2 and Tier 3 cities are available for grab for NRIs here.
Sunil Jaiswal, President - Sumansa Exhibitions,
organizers of the show, said, “After June 2014 show this is our
next big one. We are already sold out. I think this speaks volumes about the
success of the event and the fact that it has truly become
the Numero Uno showcase of Indian Properties in Dubai. We have always tried to
make it better, informative and added innovation at each show. In the last
edition, 22,000 people visited the show while exhibitors did brisk business
with increased number of enquiries and business transactions. And I hope to see
the numbers going up once again.”
The show will see the participation
of leading Indian real estate developers, construction companies, Banks and
real estate agents. This year’s show will witness 4 distinct Regional Pavilions
alongside a special CREDAI Maharashtra section. Key developers under each
pavilion include, North India:

API, Wave Infra etc.; South India:
Ozone Group, Brigade, Mantri Developers, Isha Home, Shobha Developers,

shelters, Hiranandani, Sheth Creators etc. whereas the Main Pavilion would have
