Qatar to host India property show from June 16

Ever since the rupee value depreciated deeply against US dollars and Middle East Currencies, Indian builders have been camping in various gulf countries to sell their residential projects. Several property shows have been organised by leading builders to showcase the premium properties in various cities for expatriates to choose from. 

In yet another attempt in this line, builders from across India will be showcasing their upcoming projects at the Pan-Eastern T & E Worldwide’s 42nd annual Indian Real Estate Show, starting at Doha Exhibition Centre on June 15.

The Qatar-IPRO – The India Property Show - Qatar 2012, will be spread over two days, said its organisers. It will be held between 10 am and 8 pm. 

The event is organised by Doha-Apex Business Solutions in association with HDFC Home Loans, Oman.
 

At the show, it is expected that at least 40 builders from different parts of India will participate.  The organisers said the show in Qatar is held following overwhelming response to a similar event that they held in Muscat in February.

Developers from Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Goa ,Thane, Nasik, Lonavala, Alibaug, Chennai, Bengaluru, Mangalore, Mysore, Kozhikode, Thrissur, Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, Kannur,  Thalassery, Coimbatore, Gujarat and  other major cities of India are among those having pavilions at Doha Exhibition Centre. 

The special feature of the show is the Credai-Kozhikode Pavilion which showcases some top notch properties of developers from the northern Kerala district.

The organisers said the promoters would offer properties starting from as small as Rs400,000, to Rs100mn.
The exhibition profile includes both residential and commercial properties like developed plots, land, apartments, penthouses, row-houses, villas, villaments, shops, retail spaces, office spaces and more.
