Sunil Pandita to spearhead Autodesk India’s AEC business


New Delhi: Autodesk India,  the leading supplier of advanced PC design tools for construction industry, today announced the appointment of Sunil Pandita as head of its Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) business for India & SAARC region.

Sunil will be responsible for driving Autodesk India’s strategy to foster growth in this fast growing and dynamic segment. Globally and in India too, AEC is amongst the fastest growing industry segments for Autodesk.

An IT industry veteran with over 15 years of experience, Pandita has enjoyed professional successes in Adobe, IBM and HCL. He brings with him strong capabilities that include strategic planning, sales and business development, marketing and alliances, a company statement said.

Commenting on the appointment, Ajay Advani, Sales Director, Autodesk Asia Pte Ltd, said, “India is a must win market for us. Our clients are at the heart of the massive surge in infrastructure development here. They are constantly pushing the boundaries with our solutions and are demanding more from us.
