Chennai: After shaping Chennai airport to international
standards and giving many infrastructure projects across India, Chennai-based Consolidated
Construction Consortium through its subsidiary Yuga Homes has launched a residential project
‘ALTA’ near the proposed Japanese city on Old Mahabalipuram Road.
ALTA,
coming up 15 km before the Japanese city and spread across 1500 acres, promises
to be the largest township in Chennai.
The
promoters have kept the cost as Rs 2750 per sq ft for those getting delivery in
December 2014 and Rs 2850 per sq ft for homes to be delivered by December 2013.
The company says there will be no extra cost to the buyers like registration,
EB, etc.
The
project offers 1BHK (570 sq ft) and 2 BHK (1009 sq ft) and 3BHK (1197 sq ft)
and priced at Rs 19.50 lakh, Rs 33.50 lakh and Rs 39.50 lakh, respectively.
The
project also offers first ever salt-lake apartments for the residents in
Chennai without premium charges for the early buyers, the CCCL said in a media campaign.
It also provides reason to cheer for the residents who prefer to stay near the
salt lake due to its curative and preservative properties, which are used
largely by Ayurveda, Pranic healng etc.
Providing
a water treatment plant for the residents as the ground water needs to be
purified before consumption, the project is on the 6-lane OMR and near to the
proposed Siruseri bypass.
