Chandigarh Real estate expo to kick start from April 27

ESTATE AVENUES, a real estate magazine, is organising a real estate expo, a high-powered panel discussion  of developers, consultants, brokers etc and real estate award function in Chandigarh from April 27. The two-day event at KISAN BHAWAN, will showcase North India’s largest real estate market as it attracts key real estate professionals, investors and development companies. 

The expo would attract 5000 serious visitors, according to organisers. Having stagnant real estate market of North India in 2012, the outlook for real estate sector in 2013 looks promising in the NCR, Greater Chandigarh, NH-1, Ludhiana, Amritsar, Panipat-Karnal, Baddi, Kasauli, Lucknow, Jaipur, Jodhpur and many other cities of the North Indian states.

Consultants and developers say that those areas where the prices have not yet peaked and where the authorities concerned and builders are developing world-class infrastructure like roads, sports complexes, parks and rapid transport systems etc will have the maximum appreciation.
