Serene Pushkar for seniors near Chennai

After making projects exclusively for senior citizen in Chennai, Coimbatore, Pondicherry and Bangalore, Covai Senior Care Constructions has launched their tenth project, this time in Chennai again, in association with leading builder Ramaniyam Real Estate. 

‘Serene Pushkar’ will be luxury single bedroom studio apartments, says Kovai group in a statement.

Serene Pushkar is located on OMR-ECR Link Road, Sholinganallur – near Toll Gat and will have several senior care services including centralised kitchen, medical services, geriatric fitness centre, 24x7 security, recreational and transport facilities.

Serene Pushkar is part of Pushkar II project of Ramaniyam and will have 137 units of 1BHK apartments in the 637-654 sq ft range.
